1. Seller Eligibility

* PAN is mandatory
* GST is optional
* KYC verification is required before selling
Accounts may be rejected or suspended if verification fails.
2. Product Listing Rules
Sellers must:
* List only legal, genuine products
* Ensure accurate:
* Product name
* Variant/specification
* Price
* Stock availability
Misleading or false listings are not allowed.
3. Order Handling
* Orders must be accepted only after verification
* Pack orders promptly after confirmation
* Deliver the exact item and variant ordered
Unjustified order rejection or delays may result in penalties.
4. Packaging & Quality
* Items must be properly packed
* Products must not be damaged or tampered
* Seller is responsible for incorrect or damaged items
5. Commission
* Commission is charged only on verified orders
* No upfront or monthly fees
* No order = no commission
6. Prohibited Items (Strict)
Sellers must not list or sell:
* Illegal or restricted items
* Counterfeit or fake products
* Expired, unsafe, or hazardous goods
* Alcohol, tobacco, drugs, or narcotics
* Weapons, explosives, or sharp instruments
* Stolen goods
* Items requiring special licenses without authorization
* Any product violating local or national laws
* Prohibited listings are removed immediately.
7. Misuse & Violations
Sellers must not:
* Cancel verified orders without valid reason
* Misrepresent products or pricing
* Misuse buyer data
* Attempt to bypass platform rules
* Repeated violations may lead to suspension or permanent removal.
