To use the Platform as a seller, you must:
* Be legally eligible to sell products
* Provide accurate business information
* Complete KYC verification (PAN mandatory, GST optional)
* Maintain truthful product listings
We reserve the right to approve, suspend, or reject seller accounts.

Users must not:
* Violate laws or regulations
* Attempt to manipulate prices or orders
* Abuse platform staff or sellers
* Reverse engineer or misuse the platform
* Upload malicious content or data
Violation may result in immediate suspension.
11. Platform Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee:

* Error-free operation
* Continuous availability
Maintenance, upgrades, or outages may occur without notice.

* We are not responsible for seller or buyer actions

Sellers must not:
* Cancel verified orders without valid reason
* Sell prohibited or counterfeit items
* Misrepresent products or prices
Repeated violations may result in permanent removal.

Buyers agree to:
* Provide accurate contact and delivery details
* Be available for order verification calls
* Accept deliveries at the confirmed location
* Make payments as required
Buyers must not:

* Refuse delivery without valid cause

Abuse may result in account restrictions.

* Delivery is arranged after seller confirmation
* Each item in an order may be delivered separately
* Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees
* We are not responsible for delays caused by:
* Seller unavailability
* Buyer inaccessibility
* Weather or external factors

* Cancellation policies depend on seller terms and order status
* Returns are subject to seller approval and product category
* Refunds, if applicable, are processed after verification
We facilitate communication but do not guarantee refunds unless mandated.
